At Springloaded our focus is on fun, fundamentals and fitness!
Our KindaGym Program is designed for under 5 year olds, and offers learning through auditory, visual and bodily movement activities. Each week the program follows a different 'theme' to engage creative thinking, and disguise the cognitive and physical learning into a fun & enjoyable adventure.
These classes provide structure, while also allowing the KindaGym gymnasts the freedom of exploring the environment with their participating parent as a guiding role. The consistent structure helps prepare the children for our older, independent Gymnastics Classes, as well as school and other eventual activities!
Toddler Gym | 1.5-3yrs
For our 1.5 - 3 year old beginner gymnasts, Toddler Gym is as excellent way to develop gross and fine motor skills while participating in a fun and engaging environment!
Weekly themes & enthusiastic coaches, as well as parent participation guarantees an entertaining, educational and social weekly activity for both parents & their little ones.

Pre School Gym | 3-5yrs
For the 3 - 5 year old budding gymnasts, we amp up their skill building with Pre School Gym. From climbing, swinging and jumping, to balancing, posing and sequences, this class allows for the Pre School Gymmer’s to continue learning in a fun, themed environment as well developing their skills to a higher level.

Open Gym | 1.5 - 5yrs
Open Gym is a blend of Toddler Gym & Pre School Gym, combing both age groups together. This class is perfect for parents with more than one child looking for a class suitable for both ages!
Kinda Ninjas | 3-5yrs
Are your kids constantly running around the house, jumping onto & over every piece of furniture they can find? If so - this is the perfect class for you!
At SPRINGLOADED we believe gymnastics needs to be fun, with kids constantly on the move whilst challenging their skills! Our General Gymnastics program is for 5 to 12 year old’s, with inbuilt age & skill appropriate groups.
We follow a recreational program which focuses on the development of strength, flexibility, coordination and motor skills in a super fun & social environment.
Gymnastics | 5-12yrs
Is this the start of your child's gymnastics career?
We run our Gymnastics program Monday to Friday weekly, for girls & boys 5 - 12 years old.
The recreational gymnastic classes are great for your child if they're just starting out in the sport, helping to develop hand-eye coordination, balance, strength and social skills in a super fun, diverse program.
Super Stars | Invitation Class 5 – 8 years
Our SUPER STARS class is an invite only class, which is step above our general gymnastics program. In the SuperStars we focus on skill acquisition in an accelerated learning environment.
The program incorporates assessment criteria to ensure your child is progressing safely and successfully.
Super Novas | Invitation Class
As above, our SUPER NOVAS class is a step above our general gymnastics program for the 9-12 year olds.
This curriculum is designed to provide pathways into competitive gymnastics or to continue your learning into Teen Gym.
Teen Gym | 13-17 years
Teen gym is aimed for any teenager with or with out gymnastics experience! Teen gym's focus is to develop strength, flexibility and gymnastics skills. Teen gym allows for each individual to develop with his or her area of interest unique to each individual. The program can cover trampoline, gymnastic, aerial circus skills and tricking!
Trampolining & Tumbling
At Springloaded, we offer two stages in our Trampolining program; 5 - 12 years and 12+ years.
Working alongside accredited coaches you'll learn to build many different combinations of trampolining skills in an awesome atmosphere!
Our tumbling program
Trampolining | 5 - 12 years
The beginner trampoline class offers the basic introduction to trampoline and tumbling. No previous trampoline experience is required. The Beginner trampoline program will develop the basic fundamental movements for trampoline and aim to progress children along into more advanced Trampoline skills. Beginner Trampoline will feed into Intermediate trampoline.
Trampolining | 12 years +
This class is for boys and girls who have completed the list of requirements in Beginner Tramp. The age ranges from 5 to 12 years. Children will learn aerial awareness and develop coordination through various exercises such as saltos, twists and a combination of both. Each weekly class is 60 minutes long and includes a 10 minute warm-up, Tumble Track, Pit Tramp, Performance Trampolines and conditioning.
Our tumbling classes will be sure to get you flipping in for another try! Utilising the long trampoline and the sprung floor, you will be learning the tricks of the trade including cartwheels, round offs, backhand springs and much more!

Parkour is quickly becoming one of the most popular programs here at Springloaded!
But you may be asking yourself - What is Parkour?
Well, technically Parkour can be defined as the practice of moving logically and creatively through an area to get from point A to point B as quickly as possible. This involves creating an inventive but practical way to manoeuvre through given courses as efficiently as possible.
Basically, if you like jump up, on and over everything that crosses your path, Parkour is the class for you!
Parkour | 5 - 12 years
This class is a basic introduction into Parkour. Participants will learn the ins and outs of introductory Parkour in which they can then develop their skills into a free running movement.

Extreme Parkour | Invite Only
Extreme parkour is exactly what you'd expect... EXTREME!
This class is Invite Only meaning you must initially conquer the requirements in the general Parkour class before taking your skills to this next level!
Come along to a General Parkour class to be assessed by head coaches for the Extreme Parkour.
